Cheryl is the President and CEO of Synergy Test and Balance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master’s Degree from the University of Kentucky in Mathematics Education.  She is an EIT in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  Since 2008, Cheryl’s responsibilities have been business focused, including administering accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll management, tax administration and cost analysis.

Glenn holds an Associate degree in Applied Science at Paducah Community College, Business Management/Drafting & Design Studies at Murray State University; Test and Balance Engineer (TBE) from the AABC #13-04-38, ACG Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) #079-711. Glenn has industry experience since 1990. He has completed OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health Courses, has USEC/HAZMAT training (24 hours) and NES/Operator Training for using Scissor and Boom Lifts. Sample TAB projects include, Hardin County School District – North Middle School, Defense Supply Center Columbus – Building #20, Floro Torrence Elementary School #83, Kentucky Community and Technical College System – Various locations, Naval Weapons Support Center – Bldg’s 2987, 3168 & 3173, Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation – Columbus North High School, Elizabethtown Community & Technical College – Science Building.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (#20447), Indiana (#PE10001131), Tennessee (#001906392) and Alabama (#27716E); is a certified Test and Balance Engineer (TBE) #97-06-34 with the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC), a charter ACG certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) #1004-042 and is a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C). Todd is a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).  Sample TAB projects include: GE Aviation, Naval Weapons Support Center – Bldg’s 2987, 3168, & 3173, Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation – Columbus North High School, Elizabethtown Community & Technical College – Science Building, Petsense, Livingston County Middle School, Henderson Community College – Welding Lab Relocation, Bowling Green Metalforming – Kitchen / Cafeteria Expansion.

Todd has completed the OSHA 10-Hour Occupational Safetyaand Health course. Sample projects include Indiana University Bloomington – Assembly Hall Mark Cuban Center, Hyatt Place – Bowling Green, Maryville and Mt.Washington Elementary School, and Jefferson County Public Schools – YPAS HVAC Renovation & Elevator Addition.

Shane is a TAB Technician and holds a Bachelor of Science Telecommunications from the University of Kentucky, and a Associate of Arts from Bluegrass Community & Technical College. He has industry experience since 2011. Shane has completed OSHA’s 10-Hour Occupational Safety and Health course, and has his Kentucky Electrical License (#EE64580). Sample projects include Maryville and Mt. Washington Elementary Schools, Oldham County Detention Center, Jefferson County Public Schools – YPAS HVAC Renovation & Elevator Addition, and University of Kentucky Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Pavilion A 11th Floor.

Commissioning Document Administrator; Bachelor of Science degree from Christopher Newport University in Integrated Biology; PhD in Gerontology from the University of Kentucky. Tiffanie combines her experience as a heavy wheeled vehicle mechanic in the Army with extensive technical writing, editing, and desktop publishing experience amassed during her PhD training at the University of Kentucky to provide value as a TAB document administrator.
