The University of Louisville (UofL) Foundation constructed a new, 170,000-square-foot pediatric medical office building completed in July 2018. GBBN and Atlanta-based Stanley Beaman & Sears served as the architects on the project while Messer Construction Co. served as the general contractor. The project’s estimated cost was $79 million.
